February Hearts Afghan Set

This adorably sweet set includes the February Hearts Afghan with a cute heart border, and coordinating Sweetheart Jumper and Hat with heart appliques sized for your newborn to 12 month old. All models incorporate a corner-to-corner style technique to create the design. This set is second in a series of baby afghan sets using a hybrid of corner-to-corner and filet crochet techniques, with popcorn stitches added to enhance the design. Instructions are also included to make the jumper and hat for your American Girl doll!

Materials:

All models for size NB to 12 months were created using soft worsted weight yarn and a size G (4.25mm) crochet hook. The American Girl doll outfit was created using DK weight acrylic yarn and sizes E (3.50 mm) and D (3.00 mm) crochet hooks.

Finished Size:

Afghan: 46" square
Sweetheart Jumper (chest): Newborn - 17", 6 Mo - 19-1/4", and 12 Mo - 21-1/2"
Sweetheart Hat (circumference): Newborn - 12-1/4", 6 Mo - 14-3/4", and 12 Mo - 17"
American Girl Outfit: Jumper - 15" chest/hips, Hat - 12-1/4" circumference
