Retro-Style Purses

Add a retro-style purse to your wardrobe in two sizes. Decorate with your favorite large button to match your style. This reversible technique makes one color more prominent on each side. It is not as complicated as it looks (check out the Free Patterns page for patterns to try out this technique)!

Materials:

The models were created by alternating rows of light ecru and tan 3-ply crochet nylon and using a size G (4.00 mm) crochet hook.

Finished Sizes:

Small Purse: 7-1/2" wide x 5-3/4" tall
Large Purse: 10" wide x 9" tall
Measurements do not include fringe.
